Step 1

Select your order details from the options above. You have the option to add color outer envelopes and/or digital guest address printing. The wording, fonts and ink or foil color will be customized with your choices, but the design layout will remain the same. Please add any embellishments (such as envelope liners, wax seals, etc) at this time.

Step 2

Once we receive your order, we will email you a link to a form where you can fill out your wording and select your fonts. After that is submitted, you will receive the first round of proofs within 3-4 business days.
Two rounds of proofs are included with your order. Any additional proofs will incur a $35 fee per round (invoiced separately). 

Step 3

When the proofs are finalized, you will receive an email with a link to your contract that will include the quantities and final proofs. You will be able to review and verify that all wording, fonts and colors are to your approval. Upon receiving your signed contract, production of your order will begin. 

Card Sizes: 

• Invitation: 5" x 7"
• Reply Card: 4.875" x 3.5" or 5.5" x 4.25". If you need entrée selections, welcome party or brunch lines, accommodation line or dietary restrictions, the larger size will be used. 

Paper: 

• Digital printing: Cardstock with an eggshell finish in either 120 lb. (1 ply) or 240 lb. (2 ply)
• Letterpress and Foil printing: Crane Lettra cotton paper in either 110 lb. (1 ply) or 220 lb. (2 ply)

Envelopes: 

• Matching soft white or fluorescent white envelopes are included for the outer envelopes and reply envelopes.
• You have the option on this listing to upgrade your outer envelope to a color envelope.
• If you would like inner/outer envelopes, please purchase the inner envelopes HERE. You have the option on that listing to change those to color inner envelopes along with adding guest name printing. 
• All orders will include 15% extra outer envelopes unless digital guest address printing is added.

Guest address printing on dark color envelopes: 

• If you select to add a color envelope that has an * in the photo, that color requires white ink printing. For letterpress orders, the return address and guest address on the outer envelope will be printed in digital white ink. Foil orders will have the return address in foil and guest address in digital white ink.

Embellishments: 

• Embellishments are not included (wax seals, envelope liners, ribbon, insert cards, etc.) and must be added separately, using the product listings under the Invitations/Embellishments tab. 

Once your contract has been signed, production begins right away and no further changes can be made.

Production times:

• Digitally printed orders: 2-3 weeks plus shipping time
• Letterpress and Foil orders: 5-6 weeks plus shipping time

• All orders will be shipped UPS Ground.
